Great post at Wikinomics about how Web 2.0 radically increases the transparency of the actions of public figures – including all public employees:

The post says, “If youre going to be naked, you’d better be buff”, but in light of the behaviour of the cop in this video, I’d modify that to “If you’re going to be naked, you’d better not be a disgusting flabby arsehole”.
